National Zoo and Aquarium

Students visiting the National Zoo& Aquarium are immersed into the life of the wild.

Whether it’s meeting friendly animals or observing natural behaviours in their wild counterparts, the Zoo offers a unique opportunity to connect with the wonders of the natural world.

Close to the city centre, the Zoo is conveniently located near other major attractions.

We recommend allowing 3 hours to ensure time for the whole Zoo and a stop at the giftshop for the cutest Canberra souvenir!
