Outer Space: Stromlo to the Stars
Celebrate the 100th anniversary of Canberra’s globally significant Mount Stromlo Observatory.
This exhibition features a 19th-century telescope, digital interactives about the size of galaxies, and a retro-style arcade game! Perfect for all ages.
Outer Space Learning Experiences
With links to HASS, Science and Visual Arts, Years 5 to 10 Students will gain insights into the achievements of the Observatory through this engaging 1-hour program.

Learning Experiences Explore the national capital’s deep history through this thought-provoking 1-hour exhibition highlights tour.
A 2-hour program with an art studio activity is also available.
