Whether you choose to travel to Canberra, Sydney and/or the snowfields by coach or air, one of our experienced tour coordinators will complete all tour arrangements on behalf of your school group before and during the tour. 

All tours are fully coordinated as a complete package and are personally escorted by one of our tour coordinators. This allows teachers to be free to concentrate on student needs throughout the tour.

Combined schools tours are also arranged for schools with smaller student numbers to combine with other schools and make a tour more economically viable for their students.

Itinerary preparation

All tour itineraries are  individually tailored to suit each school’s particular requirements.

Booking service 

All bookings are arranged in respect of: accommodation, meals, transport (coach and/or air), educational institutions, sporting venues and recreational activities/equipment hire (including snowfield requirements if applicable).

On-tour service

One of our tour co-ordinators will also escort each coach, in addition to the driver, to complete arrangements and provide an entertaining and informative commentary throughout the tour.

Pre-tour information meeting 

A tour coordinator will meet with parents and students prior to the tour to discuss all arrangements.
