Questacon
At Questacon – The National Science and Technology Centre, discover a smarter way to have fun! Questacon, in Canberra’s Parliamentary Zone, offers interactive and hands-on experiences in themed galleries. Perfect for self-guided exploration, the galleries encourage discovery and curiosity as students explore the science behind our world. Students are encouraged to ask questions while interacting with exhibits.

During one of our 2-hour sessions, students will travel from the centre of an earthquake to the heart of a beehive, all the way to outer space! The Awesome Earth exhibition highlights the mighty power and stunning beauty of our planet and the universe in which we live. Q Lab offers a dynamic experimental environment that inspires students to ask questions and discover answers with their classmates.
Choose from one of four sessions between 5pm and 9pm (last session commences at 7pm), and spark your students’ curiosity!
A visit to the Questacon Shop is included as part of the Q by Night experience.
Admission fees apply and bookings are essential.
Q by Night programs incur a minimum charge of 45 students.
Questacon at Home offers a range of downloadable activity sheets, video resources, DIY science experiments and classroom activities. Book a Virtual Excursion or check out the Questacon Shop online, with a large range of STEM products including teacher resources and science kits delivered to you.

With a range of dinner menus to choose from and catering to all dietary requirements, Atomic will take the hassle out of organising your next dinner booking.
