Canberra Rotary Peace Bell
Tour a special Canberra secret
Presented by the Rotary Club of Canberra Burley Griffin
Take a tour through Lennox Gardens – visiting the Beijing Gardens and the Nara Peace Park – finishing at the Canberra Rotary Peace Bell, where each Student can strike the bell, as part of ‘the Canberra experience’.
The atmosphere throughout the park is profound.
Tours focus on early Canberra history, First Nations legacies, memorials and Peace Park features, all within a 1-hour stopover.
The Peace Park is the perfect place to stop for lunch or a break before or after a tour, with space for Students to stretch their legs and utilise the facilities.
Where?
The Canberra Rotary Peace Bell sits at the end of Lennox Gardens, within the National Triangle.
A donation of $2 per Student is suggested to support Rotary Peace Projects.
